Important Guidelines to Follow Before Submitting Your Online Application
- Candidates found in possession of any prohibited items or instruments will not be permitted to write the examination. Their answer sheets will be invalidated, and they will face disqualification. In their own interest, candidates are strongly advised not to bring banned items, including mobile phones, to the examination venue, as there will be no arrangements made for safekeeping
- All recruitments conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission are strictly based on merit. The Commission warns candidates against engaging with touts or agents under any circumstances. Candidates are fully responsible for the accuracy of the details provided in their online applications and cannot hold service providers, such as internet cafes or common service centers, accountable for any errors made during the application process.
- Candidates who are claiming age concessions must upload the relevant supporting documents as specified in the annexure of the notification. Failure to upload such documentation will lead to rejection of the claim. Similarly, those claiming to possess qualifications higher than those prescribed for a post must upload certificates issued on or before the notification date to support their claim.
- Only candidates who meet the required minimum physical standards are eligible to apply for these posts. A certificate verifying these physical standards must be uploaded as part of the application. In cases where candidates have the same age, the one who submitted their application earlier—as determined by the application number—will be given a higher position in the merit list.
