General Instructions

Wards of serving railway employees across India are eligible to apply for apprenticeship training in the designated trades at Rail Wheel Factory.If sufficient candidates are not available in a particular trade, the shortfall will be made up from candidates in other eligible trades.Reserved training places for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) will be filled by other candidates if SC/ST candidates are unavailable. If vacancies still remain, they will be filled by candidates not belonging to SC/ST.Candidates who complete the training will be required to pass a test conducted by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trades to determine proficiency in the designated trade.Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility and other criteria at every stage. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, their candidature may be cancelled.
