Documents Required for Phase-II Testing
Shortlisted candidates must carry the original documents along with self-attested photocopies to the Airmen Selection Centre (ASC) for verification. The required documents include the Phase-II Admit Card and filled application form, eight passport-size colour photographs, Matriculation certificate and marksheet, and 10+2/Intermediate/Diploma/Vocational certificates and marksheets.
Candidates applying through the Medical Assistant Diploma route should also carry their Diploma/B.Pharma/B.Sc Pharmacy certificate. Where applicable, candidates must bring the required Domicile/COAFP or SOAFP Certificate and the original Phase-I Admit Card bearing the Air Force seal and invigilator’s signature. Candidates claiming NCC benefits should carry their NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C Certificate, as applicable.
